Ouch! Why Did Deepika Not Invite Big B To Her Piku Bash?

Didn’t we all go aww over the love-hate relationship between Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone in Piku? We couldnt imagine a better father-daughter jodi.
But whats this we hear? The actress recently threw a bash to celebrate the success of Piku and shockingly, she didnt invite Big B.
While Deepikas co-star Irrfan Khan and the films director Shoojit Sircar were by her side at the party, the superstar was conspicuous by his absence. When asked about it, Big B recently stated that he wasnt invited to the party at all.
Of course, he was gracious enough not to harp about it. We suggest Deepika take a lesson or two of grace from him.
You cant deny this, Deepika, that Pikus success has as much to do with Big Bs flawless acting skills as it does with your performance. The least you could do is share your success with the man who made it happen (not that Bachchan needs the validation).
